Maya is deeply committed to fostering well-being through a compassionate and holistic approach to care. She is passionate about helping clients enhance their mind-body connection and develop a deeper awareness of their physical and emotional health. A 2025 graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at Algonquin College, Maya gained extensive hands-on experience through diverse outreach placements. These included working with prenatal clients, individuals managing chronic pain, and residents of long-term care and retirement facilities. With a background in both competitive dance and rugby, Maya brings a well-rounded understanding of movement, performance, and physical recovery. She is dedicated to supporting clients in getting to know their bodies better and achieving their personal wellness goals. Outside of her practice, Maya enjoys a variety of creative and outdoor pursuits including hunting, writing poetry, painting, singing, cooking, and reading.
