David Harris graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2022. He attained his Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in 2018. Having 8 years of formal education and over 5 years of practical working experience in healthcare, David has had the opportunity to extensively treat a wide variety of patients over the years. Osteopathy encompasses a gentle/effective means of promoting the human body’s innate ability to self-heal and self-regulate with proper structural alignment. A key distinction of osteopathic treatment is that we look at the body as whole… not just in one area that may be painful. This is because osteopathy is based on the belief that the entirety of the human body is anatomically connected (in one way or another). This collective understanding and clinical application of anatomy is what differentiates osteopathy from other forms of manual therapy.
