When I was in college I playedD2 volleyball and after matches my team mates would all line up for me to work on them. :) Iam continuallylearning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs.Each time you see me your bodymay need a different technique. Your massage is designed around what you need. I work with everyone: desk jockeys, weekend warriors, triathletes, stay at home parents, teachers, baristas, pastors,professional athletes, student athletesjust to name a few.
Each massage is customized to what you want & need that day. Sessions may include a combination of deep tissue, sports, orthopedic, and/or relaxation techniques. Well discuss your goals & focus areas for the appointment.Cupping, hot stones & hot towels are typically included with no additional charge.My massage table is ADA compliant.Legacy Massage prices will be honored for gift certs purchased before 1/26.
