Ayla is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been in the healthcare field for the past 10 years. She is a passionate and caring individual with a desire to create a long-lasting impact with her clients. Her focus is to help clients achieve their goals of regaining optimal function and living a pain-free, active lifestyle by creating individualized treatment plans. Having worked in clinical settings, she approaches each massage treatment with a short assessment and combines a mixture of Swedish and therapeutic techniques. She is also trained in Graston Technique / Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization IASTM, which she incorporates within the treatment. She encourages her clients to play an active role in their own health by providing home care techniques, stretching/strengthening exercises, and/or modifications of activities for daily living. When not in the clinic, Ayla enjoys living an active lifestyle through hiking, weightlifting, paddle-boarding as well as curling up to a good book
