I am a Registered Massage Therapist that specializes in the world of embodiment and myofascial release. I am a total nerd about energy and the flow of energy in the body. I work with clients as a Register Massage Therapist, Energy Therapist - Reiki Master, Yoga Tune Up Teacher and Somatic Integration Coach. I have taking many courses in embodiment and energy therapy including; Integrated Energy Therapy, Emotional Release, Emotional Freedom Technique, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and The Art of Intimate Communication. I continue to attend advanced bodywork and embodiment training and just completed my course in Advanced Bodywork Training in Tantra Therapy. In my work, I take the role of one who supports clients in developing the embodied awareness towards physical processes that can lead to the resolution of symptoms resulting from unrecognized energy in the body. This is both from a Registered Massage Therapy scope of practice and a Embodiment Coach approach. I provide a gentle, supportive approach, and incorporate somatic coaching principles in my work as Somatic Integration Coach. I am not a license physician or psychotherapist.
My sessions are an invitation to soften, release, and reconnect with yourself. With over a decade of experience in myofascial release, energy therapy, and somatic integration, I guide clients into a deeper sense of balance and ease. Each treatment is intuitive, attuned, and tailored to what your body needs in the moment. You can expect a calm, grounding space where tension unravels, your nervous system resets, and your body remembers its natural flow. Many describe the work as both therapeutic and deeply soulful.
