Hi! My name is Celesta Mae and I have an insatiable love for learning. Favorite thing to learn about? HUMANS! After graduating from Hands on Approach in Dallas Tx I have continued my education in Craniosacral, Visceral Manipulation and Painless Deep Tissue. In the last 3 years I have had the opportunity to work with all ages from infants to end of life care. Everyone is so unique, yet so similar. I am constantly fascinated by each person. My goal every session is to be rooted and grounded in love. At 11 years old I developed hyperhydrosis. (This is excessive sweating from the armpits, groin area, plus the hands and feet. It can be caused by irregularities in the nervous system.) In my case I was stuck in Fight or Flight nervous state. I would change my shirt multiple times a day. I managed social anxiety and would sweat through all layers in a matter of minutes, regardless of the external temperature. I worked with a craniosacral practitioner. After 6 or 7 sessions all of the symptoms gradually disappeared. We discovered CranioSacral worked directly with my vagus nerve to calm the hyperactivity. With a technique known as rock and glide she was able to unwind the nerve sheaths coming from the spine. I sweat a normal amount now and it truly has been life changing. Most of my personal time is spent outdoors. It strengthens my immune system. Just seeing the sunrise supports my mental health. I get to walk around pretty little ponds and put my toes in the grass. Fishing teaches me patience. I genuinely enjoy it. Iam so blessed to be able to learn the complex beauty in all Gods creation.
