Hannah Slawich is an honours graduate from Mohawk College’s Massage Therapy program, which she completed in April 2024. She also graduated with honours from Brock University’s Physical Education program in April 2021. Hannah has gained a wide variety of hands-on experience throughout her schooling, including working with athletics, injury prevention and recovery, chronic pain, relaxation, geriatrics, and long-term care. Hannah strives to create a relaxing atmosphere while using hands-on techniques to help maintain proper body mechanics and improve muscular imbalances. With her use of General Swedish Massage techniques, at-home exercises, and client education, Hannah is able to create effective treatment plans suitable for each client’s specific needs. Hannah offers a variety of techniques including deep tissue work, trigger point and myofascial release, joint mobilizations and stretching. Since a young age, Hannah has shown interest in anatomy, physiology and fitness, and is always eager to learn more about the body and how different modalities can positively impact the body.
