Talitha is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy who brings more than 10 years of healthcare experience to her practice. Her background has given her an appreciation for the different ways pain and physical limitations can affect everyday life. Talitha works with concerns including repetitive strain injuries, postural dysfunction, sports injuries, headaches and migraines, pregnancy-related discomfort, and post-surgical recovery. She has a particular interest in deep tissue massage, prenatal and postnatal care, therapeutic rehabilitation, and injury prevention. Treatment is adjusted according to the patient’s comfort level, presentation, and reason for seeking massage therapy. Talitha recognizes that pain and stress can have effects beyond physical discomfort. She aims to provide a space where patients can communicate openly about what they are experiencing and where treatment can progress at a pace appropriate for them. Whether supporting someone through pregnancy, rehabilitation, recurring tension, or ongoing physical demands, Talitha’s focus is on providing thoughtful care that fits the individual.
