Tammara has been a practicing massage therapy since 2004. After joining Massage Extraordinaire in 2009, she worked with many professional athletes including the San Diego Chargers. She also enjoyed many years at the Chula Vista Olympic Training Center helping athletes such as the men's and women's Rugby team with her sports massage skills. Modalities include: sports massage, assisted stretching, Swedish Massage, cupping therapy, facial cupping & massage, K-Tape application, hot stone, Gua Sha (skin scrapping) & paraffin wax treatment for hands. She holds certifications as an ACE Professional personal trainer specializing in fitness nutrition and senior fitness and a as a Wellness Coach. Health and wellness is her vibe! .
