I discovered massage therapy years ago after suffering a serious lower back injury while serving my country in the military. Massage helped me return to a life of activity with less pain. My experience with massage led me to pursue massage therapy as a profession. For the past 10yrs, I have delivered quality time, attention, and detail to the very therapeutic wellness needs of each person that came through my door. 1 Life 1 Body takes stock in addressing your needs.
