Audrey’s calling is to help all individuals cultivate balance and inner peace in their lives. This drive stems from her own personal lifelong learning journey to heal from childhood trauma and find joy. Her deeply clinical and therapeutic integrative approach to wellness draws from her skills as a massage therapist, certified yoga instructor, life coach, and energy healer to support whole-person healing. She has been in private practice since 2024, and currently specializes in orthopedic, neuromuscular, and somatic massage therapy. Audrey’s earlier career involved building products and experiences at the intersection of technology, education, behavioral science, and human-centered design.
