Julia has a great ability for creating a warm, cozy space where clients feel safe to unwind, reset, and reconnect with themselves. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, navigating the stress of daily life, or simply seeking a moment of calm, she meets them exactly where they are. Through mindful, compassionate treatment, Julia helps her clients move through whatever life has thrown their way and supports them in feeling grounded, balanced, and renewed. She is always expanding her knowledge and is currently trained in hot stone massage as well as face and buccal (intra oral) treatments. Note from therapist: Pressure is subjective and unique for everyone and the concept of what one may consider deep tissue massage varies from one person to another. With this in mind, I would like to make note that I don’t consider my practice to be a deep tissue style. If you are looking for a more traditional deep tissue treatment, I am happy to help find a good fit for your specific goals and needs with the right therapist at The Treatment Room.
