My name is Courtney and I am a licensed massage therapist. I have been actively practicing in the state since 2014. I started my career at Renew, A New Age Spa in January 2015 and worked there until I decided to start my own business in October of 2020. Over the years I have continued my education taking classes to add different techniques and services t0 my service menu. I enjoy helping others relax, relieve stress, and tension in their muscles and throughout their body with massage therapy. I look forward to helping you relax soon!
Smooth stones are heated and the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. This is a combination of hand and stone work.
