Her treatments combine massage therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine to help relieve pain, reduce stress, improve mobility, and support overall wellness. She is skilled in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and acupuncture, and offers Hybrid Acupuncture & Massage Treatments for a truly integrated approach to healing. In addition to her clinical practice, Lorena is a part-time instructor at Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, where she teaches and mentors future massage therapists and acupuncturists.
