Colin completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. His experience competing in sports, such as taekwondo and ultimate frisbee, combined with years of volunteering and working with older adults, inspired his passion for active rehabilitation. Colin adopts a client-centered approach, working collaboratively with clients to design individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs that meet their unique needs and goals. He aims to help clients build strength and confidence to keep active in the ways that matter most to them. In his free time, Colin can be found playing ultimate frisbee, strength training, or spending time with his dogs, Igor and Bontoc.
