Hi! My name is Ashley and I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and have been for the past 6 years! I went to Community Care College for my licensure in Massage Therapy and I also have an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Healthcare Management. I love massage and how it helps ease pain and issues naturally and wholly. I'm a firm believer in treating the body as a whole and helping fix issues such as sciatica, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, fibromayalgia, and headaches/ migraines. I have extensive knowledge and continuing education in medical massage and modalities related. I do a number of modalities including relaxing, therapeutic, deep tissue, reflexology, and prenatal massage therapy. In my practice, it's a judgment free zone and no discrimination. My main focus is your well-being and to help ease your stress and pains from day to day life. I strive to improve your quality of life, range of motion, and overall wellness!
Massage
Massage cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. This treatment can be solo or added onto a full body massage.
