Initial Physiotherapy Assessment (1 hour)

This is the FIRST session with your physiotherapist. The goals of this session are to figure out what is going on, what your goals are, and to come up with a plan to make it better and get you where you want to be. If you have already been assessed in the past, but it has been a month or so, or it is a new injury/complaint/goal, it's a good idea to book an assessment again.
