Jim Reeves is a highly experienced Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Kinesiologist with over 27 years of clinical and high-performance experience working with athletes and active individuals of all ages. His practice blends hands-on rehabilitation, exercise-based therapy, and movement analysis to help clients recover from injury, manage pain, and return to activity with confidence. Jim has spent decades working at the intersection of sports injury rehabilitation and performance development, allowing him to assess not only where pain exists, but why it’s happening. His clinical approach focuses on restoring movement quality, joint stability, strength, and tissue tolerance, rather than simply treating symptoms. This makes his care especially effective for clients dealing with persistent injuries, recurring pain, or setbacks that haven’t fully resolved with traditional treatment models. Throughout his career, Jim has worked extensively in elite sport environments, including the Ontario Hockey League (22 years), Team Canada’s Under-17 National Team (two World Championships), and with professional organizations such as the Toronto Maple Leafs and Chicago Blackhawks. He has supported NHL, NCAA, national team, and professional athletes, while also treating everyday clients who want to move, train, and live pain-free. In the clinic, Jim integrates thorough assessment, functional movement screening, manual therapy, and progressive exercise prescription to guide recovery and prevent re-injury. He brings an evidence-based practice to his work and his experience allows him to confidently bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance—ensuring clients are not only pain-free, but physically prepared to return to work, sport, or daily life. Jim is passionate about education, empowering clients to understand their bodies, take ownership of their recovery, and build long-term resilience through smarter movement and training.
