Fine Tuned Health and Performance

1448 Lawrence Ave E, Suite 206, Toronto, ON, M4A 2V6

Having practiced for over five years, Parco is driven by a simple goal: helping people get back to what they love doing. Whether it’s a young athlete or someone just trying to stay active, Parco views rehab as a team effort. He doesn’t just focus on the immediate pain; he’s more interested in building the long-term strength and resilience needed to stop injuries from coming back. His clinical style combines hands-on Manual Therapy and Dry Needling with a heavy focus on “active loading.” He believes that once you’ve moved past the initial recovery, the right exercise program is what actually bridges the gap to full performance. He works one-on-one with his patients to make sure their rehab plan is practical, evidence-based, and built for their specific lifestyle. Outside of work, Parco is a dedicated marathon runner. He knows exactly how frustrating it is to be sidelined because he’s been there himself. This firsthand experience is why he’s so passionate about gait analysis and biomechanical tuning—he loves helping fellow runners and athletes fine-tune their movement so they can stay on the road and perform at their best.
