MyoKinesis

Hello! I’m Ashley Carpenter, and my journey into reflexology began at birth. Born with bunions (Hallux Valgus), I spent years navigating X-rays and medical assessments. By 2019, I was on the verge of surgery—but instead, I chose a different path: one rooted in curiosity, self-awareness, and healing. In August 2022, I fully embraced my lifelong passion for understanding the human body on deep energetic and spiritual levels. As a reflexologist, my role is to support your body’s natural ability to rest, reset, and realign—body, mind, and spirit—through the activation of key reflex and trigger points. I work with reflexes of the feet, hands, ears, face, body, vagus nerve, fascia, and head to help encourage: Toxin release Fluid balance Reduced pain and inflammation Stress relief Nervous system regulation Improved sleep A general sense of calm and well-being Reflexology is a gentle, holistic therapy that complements other treatments beautifully. It helps restore internal harmony—often before imbalances manifest physically. After your session, I recommend drinking plenty of water to support your body’s ongoing self-healing process. Thank you for trusting me to be part of your wellness journey. When one part of us is out of balance, the rest of us feels it too. I warmly invite you to book a session and discover the benefits of reflexology firsthand.
