Our Initial Examination is the most complete starting point for your care. In this 90-minute visit, we take the time to fully understand your condition and begin your recovery journey. This visit includes: -A thorough health history review to understand your unique background and concerns. -Movement testing to assess posture, breathing, strength, and mobility. -A detailed physical examination, including a pelvic floor exam if indicated. -A clear diagnosis and action plan that maps out the “why” behind your symptoms and how we’ll address them. -Education + first treatment so you don’t just leave with answers—you leave with real tools and strategies to begin improving right away.
