My journey as a massage Therapist started back in 1995 where I attended the Massage program at Lansing Community College. I am a licensed massage therapist and have worked in and out of the massage field over the last 27 years. I believe we all need to take time out of our busy lives and nurture ourselves so that we can have better health and be more productive allowing us to better serve others. I remember reading somewhere to, Fill your own cup first and nourish others with the overflow and I try to live by that motto.My specialty is Swedish Relaxation with some Deep Tissue work. I think my style reflects a need to address those problematic areas while still providing a space where you can relax your mind and let go of the stresses of life, if even for just an hour here and there.I am in awe at how miraculous the human body is that it can repair itself if kept in balance. I feel honored that people allow me to be a part of their healing journey and I look forward to meeting and working with you.
