As a licensed massage therapist and skin care specialist, I have a passion for helping people find their wellness. I graduated from The National Massage Therapy Institute and have continued my education in areas such as Reflexology, Prenatal, Hot Stone and Deep Tissue. I also attended the Rizzieri Aveda School to obtain my skin care license. Whether clients desire a deeply indulgent massage or facial treatment, or work on long-term injury or trauma, I will meet them wherever they are on their journey. My 15+ years of experience allows me to personalize each treatment to meet the needs of every client.
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. The techniques used to achieve this are pin & stretch, trigger point therapy, Hypervolt massage gun,cupping and myofascial release. Therapeutic massage helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
