2320 N. Atlantic St. , Ste 103, Spokane, WA, 99205

Hi, I’m Dr. Amanda. I work with people who are tired of living in stress, tension, and survival mode and want to feel more like themselves again. Many of the patients I see are dealing with chronic tension, headaches, stress, exhaustion, mobility issues, or simply feeling disconnected from their bodies after spending so much time pushing through life. My goal is to help people feel more connected, capable, and at ease in their body again so they can fully show up for the things that matter most to them. I’m also a wife, first-time mom to our son Cooper, and someone who genuinely loves helping people feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout their healing journey. My own journey with chiropractic completely changed the direction of my life. Before chiropractic, I was stuck in a job I hated, living with chronic neck pain, exhausted all the time, and constantly wondering, “Is this really all there is?” I worked in sales making cold calls all day, which only made my pain and stress worse. Eventually, something in me knew I needed to try something different, so I scheduled my first chiropractic appointment. I still remember walking out of that office and calling my grandma because I couldn’t believe how different I felt. It was like something in my body had finally turned back on. My pain started improving, my mind felt clearer, and for the first time in years, I felt hopeful and excited about my future again. That experience changed everything for me. Within eight months, I started chiropractic school at Life Chiropractic College West and committed myself to helping others experience that same kind of transformation. Today, my approach to care focuses on helping the body function and adapt better so you can move through life with less tension, more ease, and more energy. I believe great care starts with listening, paying attention to the details, and treating each person as an individual rather than just chasing symptoms. I especially love working with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or discouraged by pain because I know how much physical stress can affect every area of life. When you’re no longer constantly distracted by pain and tension, you finally have the space and energy to fully show up for your life again. Outside the office, I love playing volleyball in local rec leagues, getting creative whenever I can, trying new recipes, enjoying a good red wine, and spending time with family and friends.

Initial Comprehensive Exam

During your initial exam, you and your chiropractor will review your health history, current concerns, and goals for care. Your visit will include a thorough movement-based assessment, which may involve posture, gait, and squat analysis to better understand your biomechanics and overall function. We will also perform a full spinal and extremity assessment to identify areas of restricted motion, irritation, compensation, or dysfunction that may be contributing to your symptoms. This appointment is designed to help us understand what is going on, determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you, and create a plan that is specific to your needs. Please note: The AdjustMeant Chiropractic does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.
