Tanya is passionate about being able to live life well, in work and leisure. Whether dancing your heart out, excelling in martial arts or your favourite sport, or performing your daily routines, she understands that part of a healthy life means being able to fully do the things we need and love to do! Tanya is trained in a range of techniques including myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point release, relaxation massage, cupping and manual lymph drainage and is continually learning new techniques to add to her skill set. Tanya has completed the 2200hr Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University. Tanya is able to do all insurance claims.
