Im Chelsea a Licensed Massage Therapist, lifelong learner, and Mason County local with a deep love for helping people feel calmer, lighter, and more grounded in their bodies. Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent 10 years in the U.S. Army Reserves (including a tour in Afghanistan) and worked 6 years in Human Resources for the Department of the Army. Those years shaped my approach: steady, respectful, detail-oriented, and built on integrity. Early in my massage career, I worked primarily with auto-accident clients recovering from whiplash and neck injuries. This experience taught me how to approach the neck and upper back with precision, patience, and a gentle, restorative touch. Even in relaxation sessions, I naturally incorporate techniques that support mobility, ease tension, and calm the stress held in the neck and shoulders. I originally studied both human and small-animal massage, and while becoming a Small Animal Massage Therapist is still a future goal, Ive returned to my roots in people-centered bodywork. My style is slow, intentional, and Swedish-based designed to support relaxation, nervous-system calm, and a sense of inner stillness. Im always taking classes and expanding my understanding of health, anatomy, and holistic well-being. In the summers, you can also find me at our local pub serving in the beer garden, one more way I stay connected with my community. My family has lived in Mason County for generations, and Im grateful every day to call Lake Cushman my home. Outside of the treatment room, I love hiking, foraging, gardening, crafting, traveling, reading, and spending time with my daughter, our friends, and all the animals in our lives. My goal is simple: to create a warm, supportive space where you can let go, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself especially in the places you need it most. Professional Massage Experience: Advanced training in injury treatment through the BodyMechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage. The school did an outstanding job at emphasizing the study of muscles and injury treatment. I also learned and incorporate some of the techniques learned from such modalities as Swedish relaxation, Lomi Lomi, Thai, and trigger point therapy. Special interest include treating injuries to the head/neck, shoulder and upper extremities. Assisting in the treatment of such injuries as TMJD/jaw pain, whiplash, headaches, frozen shoulder, double crush, thoracic outlet, and carpal tunnel syndromes.

This option is mainly used for PIP and Workers Compensation. Repetitive motion, whiplash, sports injury, carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, TMDJ, pulled hamstring, rotator cuff, chronic back pain, headaches, the list goes on. With extensive training in injury treatment and postural analysis, skilled hands will assess and treat your specific injury to speed your recovery and allow you to return to your normal activities of daily living pain free. *Cash Discount Rate
