John’s passion for human movement and rehabilitation blossomed during his early years playing soccer at Windsor Soccer Academy and intensified after enduring from multiple injuries. He quickly became interested in human anatomy and the optimal methods for recovery. After completing his Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, he became a member of the BCAK and earned certification as a personal trainer from the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CPT), equipping him to assist individuals in reaching both their health and fitness aspirations. John’s dedication extends beyond simply tailoring personalized rehabilitation programs; he is motivated by a mission to not only restore individuals to their previous state but also to enrich their future. In his leisure time, he enjoys weightlifting, spending time outdoors, and watching movies. John is fluent in English and Korean
