Before becoming a physiotherapist, I taught trauma-informed meditation and yoga, and those experiences continue to shape how I practice today. Creating a space that feels welcoming, non-judgmental, and safe for people from all walks of life is deeply important to me. My approach to care is grounded in evidence-informed practice, pain science, and a biopsychosocial perspective. I enjoy working collaboratively with people to create treatment plans that feel meaningful, manageable, and worthwhile. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or navigating changes in their body, my goal is to support them in reconnecting with the activities and movement that matter most to them. I’m continually inspired by the resilience and adaptability of the human body and love helping people rediscover what it’s capable of. In my practice, I offer both orthopedic and pelvic health physiotherapy. I’m particularly interested in supporting people with pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and bowel or bladder concerns, and I’m passionate about helping bring greater awareness and less stigma to pelvic health conversations. I also enjoy working with people experiencing low back pain, scoliosis, shoulder injuries, hip and knee osteoarthritis, and with weightlifters looking to stay strong and active. Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find me cycling, backpacking, strength training, sitting in the sauna, or drinking tea with my cat. 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly. For pelvic health, I am currently accepting new patients with vulvas.
For new pelvic health clients, we suggest booking an initial and two 55 minutes subsequents every 1-2 weeks depending on what's feasible for you to ensure ongoing care without scheduling issues. **Ashley is only accepting patients with vulvas at this time**
