Bridget is a certified NeuroMuscular Therapist, certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist , and Arvigo Maya Abdominal Massage Therapist. She has pursued these modalities since completing her massage training at MTI/Cortiva in Watertown, in 2006. Alleviating pain in the body was the interest from the beginning of her career. While treating many with low back pain, her curiosity grew regarding the organs of the body; how are they affected by the asymmetries of our myoskeleton? Her attention was brought to the nurturing practice of ArvigoAbdominal Therapy, and she has found this modality a wonderful complement to the more evidence-based neuromuscular therapy. She looks forward to furthering her education in pre-natal care, visceral manipulation, and TMJ dysfunction.
