These 1 hour (plus a little extra time to catch up) sessions are by phone and combine various forms of Integral Medicine modalities customized for you. (For obvious reasons, these are not considered Acupuncture / Chinese Medicine sessions). If you are just needing a standard follow-up, 30 minute sessions are a great choice instead.
