My massage therapy education has shown me that massage techniques, stretches, and energy work are incredibly effective ways to control, correct, and prevent pain from both chronic and acute causes. I love bodywork, because it allows me to help a wide range of people and continually learn about ways to improve quality of life for my clients. I also have level 1 Reiki certification and plan to continue along that path of energy work education. My favorite things are spending time with family and helping people learn about the benefits of massage therapy.
