Nicholas will perform a top down movement screen to analyze any mobility restrictions you may have that are preventing you from swinging your best. This screen is known as the TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) golf screen. He will also measure key muscle groups that you need to create a powerful and efficient swing. This isn’t just any strength assessment, this strength assessment is facilitated by VALD technology, the VALD Dynamo and VALD ForceDecks. This technology allows us to take the guess work out of strength and power testing and helps us know for sure what we need to target. A exercise program will then be designed to help address the target areas identified in the assessment. Following the assessment a complimentary 30 minute re-screen will be booked for you by your practitioner
