Hello! My name is Ashley Zochert and I graduated from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in 2005 andopened A to Z Therapeutic Massage in 2014. As a licensed massage therapist I've seenthe physicaleffects thatstress can have on our bodies. A large percentageof all doctor's office visits are for stress related complaints and ailments. We'reliterally making ourselves sick because we'reso stressed out. Many times our body's dysfunctions are a result of the stress we have in our lives and we don't even realize it. Luckily, regular self care can help manage and combat stress. Massage therapy is one of many great waysto take care of ourselves. I enjoy helping myclients to relax andreducetheir stress so they can be physically, mentally and emotionally happier and healthier in their lives!
