Dr. Adrianna Ward first completed her B.A Honours Specialization in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. She then graduated Cum Laude with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. A lifelong athlete and competitive swimmer from the age of six, Dr. Ward was first introduced to chiropractic care as a teenager after a training injury. She experienced firsthand the impact that skilled, compassionate care could have on recovery which inspired her passion for understanding the human body and ultimately shaped her career path. Dr. Ward provides evidence-based, patient-centered care with a focus on helping each individual reach and maintain their health goals. She combines chiropractic adjustments, mobilization techniques, soft tissue therapy, and active care strategies to support recovery, and promote long-term wellness. Committed to helping people of all ages move with confidence and enjoy the activities that matter most to them, Dr. Ward helps patients of likes–whether that’s competing in sports, keeping up with family, or simply feeling their best each day. Her approach is built on truly listening to her patients, understanding their unique needs, and creating care plans that adapt as those needs evolve. Dr. Ward is dedicated to helping her patients feel their best. When not at working, you can find Dr. Ward hanging out with friends, enjoying the outdoors, on a run or swim, or travelling to somewhere new!
