Heather works out of our 2nd location, in unit 206-2630 Croydon Drive. Please ensure you are booking online via the 2nd floor, unit 206 location if you do not see any available appointments. Heather graduated with honours from the massage therapy program at CDI college in August 2020. She has previously worked as a personal trainer for 8 years and has been teaching yoga since 2008. It was during her yoga therapy training when she became interested in pursuing massage therapy to provide a wider range of health care. Heather has worked with a diverse range of patients and conditions and is passionate in educating her patients to be active participants in their own health and wellbeing. During treatment, she uses a variety of techniques such as Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point, stretching and hot stones to provide an effective treatment geared towards her patient’s individual goals. Heather spends her off time training for half marathons, practicing yoga, snowboarding, and biking with her husband and two young sons.
