I grew up on the east coast between New York and Nova Scotia, and graduated from CCMH in Bedford NS in 2003. Kneaded Bodywork Wellness has been my own business since 2004, mostly just me, and through the years there have been other therapists, estheticians, and even stylists. I have worked with Aveda most of the 20 years I have been a therapist. As of Sept 1, 2023 Im blessed to be home in NS after 11 years in Alberta. Along with traditional massage therapies, I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner, specifically practicing Abhyanga & Shirodhara, Sound Healer, Chakra Balancer (using chakra singing bowls), Crystal Therapist, and offer Somatic Release, Energy Healing, and Guided Meditation all in one treatment called “Intuitive Therapy” I have also had the honour of working in a well respected physio clinic in NS for 2+ years, affording me a well-rounded sports therapy/ rehab therapy background, and in 2022-2023 in a top notch Osteopathy & Massage Clinic in Red Deer, Alberta, Black Rock Therapies.
