Amy obtained her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University. Amy is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Amy has completed Levels 1 through 5 in Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute. In addition to having a strong Orthopedic/Manual Therapy focus, Amy also incorporates both Cranial Sacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation techniques. Amy enjoys using her soccer background and experience to help rehabilitate soccer players of all ages and skill level. Previously, Amy enjoyed a soccer career playing with the Canadian National Soccer team as well as the Vancouver Whitecaps. She also worked as a sport specific on-field trainer running sessions for athletes that focused on injury prevention and proper return to play protocols.
