Hello! My name is Stephanie at Living Free Massage. I have been a Massage Therapist since 2018 after graduating in Vancouver, WA from Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage. I've had my own business since 2022 and I love serving my community in their massage therapy needs. After several years of working mostly with Swedish and Sports massage techniques, I am working right now to expand my education in specialized massage modalities including Manual Lymphatic Drainage and TMJ/Intra-oral massage, which has been very rewarding. I have a daughter, 3 cats and I enjoy reading and walking in nature in my spare time.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapists hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
