Karanjeet Kaur is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with top academic honours from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in December 2024. Her strong academic performance reflects her dedication to excellence and her deep-rooted passion for health and wellness. During her training, she gained hands-on experience treating a variety of conditions, including Multiple Sclerosis and other neuromuscular conditions, through various clinical outreaches such as the BC Women’s Care and Health Centre, Kinsmen Lodge Care Home, and George Pearson Centre which strengthened her ability to work confidently with diverse client needs. She takes a client-focused approach to massage therapy, offering personalized care that meets a wide range of goals—from relaxation and deep tissue work to recovery from sports injuries and support during pre- and post-natal stages. She incorporates various techniques into her treatments, such as trigger point release, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching, Pin and stretch and General Swedish massage . Outside of her practice, Karanjeet is an avid nature lover who enjoys camping, hiking, and biking. She finds peace and inspiration in the great outdoors, which complements her holistic approach to health. She also has a deep appreciation for music, which further fuels her well-rounded, balanced lifestyle. Her warm and friendly personality helps create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel supported, respected, and cared for throughout their wellness journey.
