Cupping therapy is a traditional treatment in Chinese medicine that uses gentle suction with special cups (glass, silicone, or a combination) to stimulate circulation, release tension, and encourage the smooth flow of energy in the body. It can help relieve muscle and joint pain, ease stress, support recovery from colds and coughs, and promote overall balance and well-being. Please be advised that cupping might leave bruising and red marks on the cupped area for one or two weeks post-treatment.
