I am a European and Hawaiian trained therapist working in the Greater Boston area. My practice focuses on wellness massage and bodywork for relaxation, therapeutic benefit and healing. I am here to provide alternative approaches to stress management, well being and to assist and educate clients about balance, the benefits of massage and the importance of self-care. My Philosophy I am committed to making a profound difference in the people I work with by creating a MOMENT IN TIME of calm and peace - in which to restore balance & promote the healing and awakening of Mind, Body, and Soul. Everything is connected. Mental, physical, and emotional stress create a toxic environment in which one's well-being is greatly compromised. Making the choice to embark on a healing journey from the inside out is vital to living a full and happy life. Massage Excellence I work to make each massage exceptional, and give 110% of my energy. I pay great attention to detail in an effort to show you how truly honored I am that you would choose to come to visit me. I strive to create a peaceful sanctuary wherein you are free to unwind and leave your stresses for the time that you are here. From soothing gentle aromatherapy scents, heated table warmer, peaceful music and gentle light which combine to create a calming passive environment. I use only an all organic sweet natural expeller pressed oil from raw almond kernels and it is exceptionally rich in fatty acids. It is quite expensive and so naturally pure that it can be ingested. Specially-designed cushions are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
