Ryan is a Humber College graduate from the Advanced Diploma Massage Therapy program and Wilfrid Laurier University from the Kinesiology program (BKin). Ryan is well-trained and specializes in **Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), and Manual Lymphatic Drainage**. Additionally, Ryan is trained in **Cupping Therapy** and he provides orthopedic assessments and prescribing remedial exercise, such as stretches and strengthening exercises. Having learned about an array of conditions and musculoskeletal issues, Ryan is qualified to rehabilitate **sports injuries, shoulder impingement, strains, lower back pain, postural concerns** and prevent such issues before they occur in the first place as well. Outside of working as a massage therapist, Ryan enjoys physical activities such as swimming and racket sports as well as cooking and trying new food spots around the city.
