Bodies in Balance Massage Therapy

415 N State Street; Suite 101, Lower level, left building, Room 4, Hurricane, UT, 84737

I have been a Board Certified Massage Therapist since 2005, with a focus on relieving neck and back pain, including migraine and TMJ-related discomfort. My work also supports injury recovery, pre- and post-surgical healing, and improving range of motion in the shoulders and rotator cuff following surgery. I am well trained in lymphatic drainage massage, offering gentle and effective relief for post-surgical swelling and chronic lymphedema. I am also a prenatal massage specialist with advanced training in the use of therapeutic body cushions, allowing expectant mothers to safely and comfortably lie face down....an experience many moms truly appreciate. I have a genuine love for this work and find deep satisfaction in helping each client move toward their highest level of health and wellness. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needsthere are no cookie-cutter massages here. I look forward to working with you and supporting your healing journey.
