Anna Mae is dedicated to providing patient-centred, evidence-based care to empower her patients to achieve their wellness goals. With a diverse background, she’s adept at treating a wide spectrum of individuals, from seniors at the West Vancouver Seniors Activity Centre to athletes in various disciplines, including dancers, runners, lacrosse, soccer, hockey and professional rugby players. Coming from an athletic background herself, Anna Mae deeply understands the significance of injury rehabilitation and prevention, which ignited her passion for pursuing a career in healthcare as a massage therapist. Currently, she balances her professional pursuits with competitive Olympic weightlifting and draws from her experiences as a former Philippine National Gymnastics team member, rugby player, and cheerleader. Anna Mae is a graduate of Langara College’s Registered Massage Therapy program and is fluent in Tagalog. Beyond work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Split, exploring new restaurants, and hitting personal records in the gym.
