Caitlin graduated from a Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise therapy at Camosun College in 2016. Her schooling included; in depth Anatomy, Exercise Physiology, taping and emergency care, a thorough understanding of orthopaedic assessment for injury rehabilitation, and exercise prescription. She loves working one on one in the clinic and is also trained for on field injury assessment and immediate/ Emergency care as a First Responder. These skills allow her to work with a range of clients from Olympic level Athletes on the field of play or in the clinic, as well as industrial athletes that work on construction sites, and clients who sit at a desk all day. Caitlin has had the pleasure of working with many varsity, University Olympic, and Paralympic athletes from all scopes of sport. These included rowers, dancers, rock climbers, mountain bikers, equestrians and weekend warriors. Treatment type depends on each individual and their own unique needs. Throughout the summer Caitlin works at show jumping competitions in Victoria and Vancouver treating equestrians. She grew up playing sports and it has always been her happy place. When not in the clinic you can find Caitlin in the trails running and hiking, or out trying a new sport. A balance between work and physical activity is an important value of hers, and she is excited to help you get back to your work/play balance.
