**ABOUT** Ally was drawn to massage therapy through an interest in the relationship between how we move, how we feel, and the ways our bodies respond to the demands of everyday life. She values taking the time to understand the person behind the symptoms and believes that treatment is most effective when it is approached with curiosity, intention, and care. Ally’s approach is built around the idea that every body walks in with its own story, and that treatment should start by listening to it. She believes that effective treatment is not about applying the same technique to everyone, but about understanding the person in front of her and adapting treatment to their individual needs. Her work blends anatomical knowledge with an intuitive sense for where the body holds tension and stress. Whether clients are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain or stress, or simply looking for a reset, Ally works collaboratively with each person to understand their needs and goals.
