Dr. Allyssa Robinson, known to most as Ally, is originally from Lloydminster, Alberta. After earning her Kinesiology degree in Saskatoon, she moved to Portland, Oregon to complete her chiropractic education at the University of Western States. In early 2025, she relocated to Calgary, where she completed a chiropractic internship before joining the CCH team. Growing up, Ally played a variety of sports but especially loved volleyball and badminton. These days, she stays active through strength training and biking, which continue to fuel her appreciation for movement and the body’s resilience. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys reading, cooking with whole ingredients, baking sourdough, and singing — a love that comes from growing up in a musical family. Family remains central to who she is and keeps her grounded in everything she does. Ally’s approach to care goes beyond quick fixes. She focuses on finding the root cause of pain by addressing posture, movement, and lifestyle factors, helping patients take an active role in their long-term health and wellness. She’s passionate about empowering people to move, feel, and live better — whether that means getting back to a sport, keeping up with family, or simply feeling more at ease in daily life.
