Welcome! At MDB Massage & Wellness it is my goal to create a caring and compassionate space, free from any judgements or preconceived ideas, to provide the most effectual therapy possible. Every individual comes to the table with different needs, goals and desires and my role is to help you in your own personal journey towards better health and wellness however I can within the scope of my practice. I welcome people of allraces, religions, nationalities,sexual identities, genders,& body shapes and sizes! My signature massages are catered to each individual depending on their physical needs and personal preferences. I draw from over 1300 hours of training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga, Shiatsu, & Sports Massage techniques to create the perfect session just for you! In addition to my signature massages I also specialize in Hot Stone Therapy, Reiki Energy Work,and Aromatherapy.
All of my Signature Massages are catered to your own individual needs. I draw from a wealth of skills and techniques in swedish, deep tissue, Thai, shiatsu, sports and hydrotherapy modalities that can combine in many different ways.
