Matt is a Sport Injury Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist. Matt has over 14 years of experience and uses a variety of techniques, including massage therapy, sports injury therapy, rehabilitation, active release techniques (ART), muscle energy, vestibular training. Matt has additional education and training in Diploma Sports Injury Therapy (SIT) and Corrective Hollistic Exercise Kinesiologist (CHEK) L1. Conditions commonly treated by Matt include musculoskeletal injuries, performance/return to sport, pre/post operative treatment and vestibular treatment. As both a Sports Injury Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist, Matt is uniquely suited to guide everyone from their troubles to their goals by providing a comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment plan geared directly to the needs of the individual. Outside the work, Matt has been a martial artist all his life. Matt is a father of two, the kids love learning Brazilian jiu jitsu and kickboxing from their dad. *it is asked that you please wear athletic or loose fitting clothing so you can move during treatment.
