Nadine completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at Capilano University. Growing up in Saskatchewan, she developed a strong passion for sport and competition, participating in volleyball, softball, and alpine skiing. She later moved to the Okanagan to compete on the FIS alpine skiing circuit for two years before an injury redirected her path. Through her own rehabilitation, Nadine discovered a deep interest in anatomy, movement, and recovery, inspiring her to pursue a career in kinesiology. During her studies, she gained hands-on experience working with the men’s and women’s varsity volleyball teams as a student athletic trainer and took part in an outreach trip to Nyeri, Africa, where she provided health education and resources to local students. At Optimum Sport & Health Centre, Nadine provides active rehabilitation, laser therapy, and bracing/compression support. She is passionate about helping others improve movement, restore function, and achieve their health goals. Outside the clinic, Nadine enjoys skiing, the outdoors, card games, and time with family and friends.
